Our Approach and Oversight

We’ve formed a global, executive-level DE&I Council to provide the oversight needed to drive change and embody diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in our words and actions. Our CEO-led executive DE&I Council has established a multi-year strategy with five strategic pillars to provide a consistent global approach which includes and goes beyond our commitment to gender and racial equity. This Council meets quarterly to evaluate the work and measure progress, which is shared annually with the Board of Directors.

Our Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Council

We are better together. While DE&I is owned by all employees, it is important that we have a governing body to ensure the integration of these critical principles into our employee experience, our business execution, our customer journey, our investor relationships, and our diverse communities. The DE&I Council will embody diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in their words and their actions. They will provide the oversight needed to strengthen and drive change within the Charles River culture and beyond.
